I’m with you. I’ve been ordering “small dark” there for years with no confusion on cashiers’ part. (although sometimes they repeat it back to me in ‘Starbuckese’ in what I have to assume they believe to be a teaching moment, which always gives me a chuckle)

I’m curious how you were able to find out the service outage refund info for PG&E et al... I’m an Eversouce customer in MA and can’t find any indication they compensate folks a dime for outages, which on its surface is unsurprising, but I’d like to have that sort of information before I need it nonetheless.
