That meant over 400 miles between fill-ups. At 60 mph, that’s over 6 hours between fuel/bathroom stops!

Dad bought a ‘76 Civic, new. In central NY, the front fenders perforated from rust in less than 2 winters (no inner fender liners). To their credit, Honda replaced them for free...then a deer ran into the side of it after just a few weeks - another new fender.
I had a ‘73 Civic!
