Steel pipe to the head. Next question.
This is from the Blitzen Benz, but I like the look of all brass-era engines. It's something about all of the different metals they used to make these that really makes them appealing to me.
I drive a Civic. I don't know what torque is.
I'd go with the early-to-mid '90s, maybe 1993. You could still get a relatively simple- or downright basic, if you wanted- and lightweight car, but also get a fair bit of power as well. Plus, most of the electronics that I'd prefer not to have in my car weren't around or were in very high-priced cars. Things had…
Um, maybe the V6 is powerful enough as it is? You do realize that 300hp is quite a lot, right? Daily driving one, I doubt I'd miss the extra 100hp the GT offers, since there's not many places to fully exploit that power. Hell, there probably aren't many places where you could exploit the V6's power either. So why…
There is one. I would've gone with "Shut up, Edsel!" or "Damn Jews!: The Henry Ford Story", but that's why I don't write kids books.
If I had to make a guess, I'd say this. It's a 4WD truck, it's got military heritage, and it has one of the most badass names ever- Power Wagon.
I don't think you can call what they race in NASCAR "stock cars" by any stretch of the imagination.
How on earth is that revolutionary? You do realize America was the hottest market in the world for small sports cars like this, right? Even during the heyday of the muscle car we were the biggest importers of Triumphs, MGs and the like. And don't forget another small sports car that's pretty popular around here,…
When was the last time you were over here? Have you even been over here, or is your impression of American highways coming from that episode of Top Gear? Because we did have a 55mph limit on our interstates... a limit that was repealed in 1996. Since then, the posted limits are 65-70mph, but hardly anyone ever goes…
It looks pretty damn nice if you ask me. A couple of nice details that stand out for me are the rear side window that's flush with the door pillar and the relatively small c-pillar. The LED headlights look nice, but isn't that feature a little pricey for a Golf-class car?
Dear sweet lord, does that poor Integra have "YOLO" painted on it? My God, I have never wanted to punch someone as much as the man who would do something like that to a car. Who wants to bet he has a "shocker" sticker on the rear window?
I can only take small comfort in the fact that this bloated mutant of a 3-series was more than likely made for the Chinese market rather than the US, so you can't blame us for its existence.
"It's marching to the beat of a different drum. Well, okay it marches to the same beat more or less as the Fusion's drum, but its a nicer drum, so it's different."
Are LEDs the solution to all your problems, Audi?
I've got a couple, but I don't know if it's really that bad. The most shameful thing I'd say would be the time that I rear ended someone trying to get through a yellow light, because I didn't see that traffic ahead of me wasn't moving. There was also the time that I flooded the engine by spraying too much throttle…
You never see many pre-war cars in video games, let alone Brass and Veteran-era rides. So my picks would be:
I've always been partial to Honda's S500/600/800 engines.
Check out Mercedes 770K Cabriolet F made for the former Kaiser Wilhelm II. Interesting tidbit, the three-pointed star on the hood was replaced with the crest of the House of Hohenzollern.
Don't feel bad, I had one when I was little, and I preferred the pedal car because the Power Wheels were way too slow (it was even too slow for my sister, and she's no speed demon). I don't think you'd have missed out on much.
