Well, hopefully when he gets bigger, he can get into something with a little more speed. Apparently, when I was little, I had a Power Wheels, but I hated it because it was so slow, so I preferred the pedal cars instead.

Well, if you don't like the direction cars are going in now, you could always have an alternative in an affordable older or classic car. Sure, keeping them on the road would be more difficult, and there's the threat of the succeeding generation losing interest, but it stands to reason that those who aren't satisfied

My biggest problem with them comes from the designs of the wheels. Most of the ones I've seen had wheels that were hideous on their own, but add in the fact that the wheel design doesn't complement the rest of the car (although this is true for the vast majority of cars with aftermarket wheels) and it's very

Didn't the '68s have very poor build quality? But I guess since it's still around today in one piece must mean something, so I'll go with NP.

Is that carbon fiber below the wood trim? An odd combination, but it looks good.

"This is the car with everything you need and nothing that you don't." Except for the auto trans, navigation, steering wheel audio controls, Bluetooth, cruise, A/C, power steering, alloys, power windows, locks, mirrors, and I'd assume keyless entry as well. But then again, it's probably as close to basic as you can

Here, maybe you should read this. Apparently this is a new concept to you.

Yeah, Nissan must've had to really suppress their workers, because the South is just such a hotbed of pro-union sentiment

11.68 @68 MPH? Didn't know where to "poor" the oil, but didn't want people messing with his car? This is both sad and priceless.

I knew I should have made left turn at Vladivostok!

I do, because for one, I don't have an automatic. Two, it saves wear on the park pawl for automatic cars, and finally, because I have some sense in my head.

Thus the need for campaign finance reform legislation, as I mentioned.

Then wouldn't it be more prudent to pass campaign finance reform legislation, rather than restrict outright a company's ability to endorse a candidate, or promote their side of an issue? It seems that getting a law of that sort passed would be easier than overturning a Supreme Court decision. Just as well, I may

What exactly entails a corporation's presence? Is carrying the incorporation papers around like having a physical piece of the corporation, or is it symbolic of it's presence, like lighting the candles in a church sanctuary?

I'm not surprised, this kind of protest in France has been around for a long time.

If you're going to get a car shipped over from Europe, wouldn't it be better to have one from a country where the cars are LHD? Sure, the metric gauges would be inconvenient, but it's gotta be easier to live with than driving a RHD car in the US.

That's not really a problem. In normal driving, you ought to be able to feel how fast you're going with a fair degree of accuracy. The gauges went out in my car for a couple of months, and whenever I turned on the overhead light to double check my speed, I was never more than 5mph off my own estimate.

Ugh, I just wish that cops would crack down on this sort of thing, it could make them a ton of money in fines. Seriously, you don't have to move your hand from the fucking wheel to signal. If you can't be bothered to do that, you're too stupid, too incompetent, or too self-absorbed to be allowed to drive.

Doubling my age leaves me with things made before 1970, but the oldest I'd drive on a regular basis would have to be from the early 30's, since heaters and fully enclosed bodies as well as synchromesh and hydraulic brakes were common then. I'd daily-drive the hell out of a '34 Packard Super Eight If I ever got one.

I'd go with Russia, because:
