That’s wrong. Pre and post drug rankings wouldn’t be the same because drugs don’t affect everyone the same, especially EPO. Lance had a natural EPO level that was at the lower end of the “normal” range so the gains he saw were greater than others whose natural levels were higher.

Lance is far from the GOAT in cycling, drugs or not. Ask any cycling fan and they’ll tell you that the title goes to Eddy Merkx, no contest.

The problem isn’t the wire routing over the ears but the orientation of the “secure-fit” piece that wedges into your ear. He’s definitely got those pieces upside-down and it looks uncomfortable. It also looks like the drivers aren’t pointing into the ear canal correctly.

I agree that you don’t really need good night’s sleep the night before a big event as long as you’re fully recovered beforehand. It’s much more important to get a good night’s sleep after the hard workouts which lead up to the big event and to properly taper your workouts the week before.

I bet they’d get better results from someone who specialized in the pursuit, not match sprints. That guys is definitely a beast but his muscle is made for short, quick bursts of speed at very high RPM, not the slow grinding that they had the bike set up for.

How about automatic seatbelts... is that still a thing?

As far as I can tell there’s no change in texture at all. With a microplane it’s a little like shaving ice. It definitely clumps a little but thaws quickly. I’ve tried slicing frozen ginger with a knife but it really just ends up as larger shavings. Still good for soups but not pretty.

I’ve just stopped peeling ginger all together. Keep it stored in the freezer and then use a microplane to grate, peel and all. It last longer and is easier to work with and the peel doesn’t affect the taste at all.

A simple teriyaki marinade instead of plain soy sauce will be more flavorful. Something like this works well.

The jars are great, but for anything other than canning get some of the one piece plastic lids. Search Amazon for "Ball Wide-Mouth Plastic Storage Caps" to see what I'm talking about.

It's not your standard Sci fi time travel story but I think 11-22-63 by Stephen King would make a great movie.
