Does Sony care to drag this out into a DeCSS-style mess?

@Bassman22: It's a bit tougher on Thinkpads and the MacBook Airs.

Have they changed the fact that uploading YOUR own music to your supposed "PERSONAL LIBRARY" results in DMCA takedown notices and termination of your account?

@P3nnst8r: Keep the change, ya filthy animal: Same here. I feel like I'd never be able to eat/sleep/live again after visiting that place. The soap woman is pretty tame compared to a lot of the other stuff there...

@hawkeye18: But I ordered an office chair!

@2nd White Line: I prefer to use Quicktime, just because it seems to have better de-interlacing than VLC does. I do use both though—Quicktime as the default, and VLC for those trickier formats like Matroska.

@bonniegrrl: Too bad you wouldn't feel any of it.

@sometingwong: I'd be unable to adjust to having a ping time to MOVE MY FINGERS.

@tenazrael: If it's a clone, shouldn't the genetic material be the same? To quote Wikipedia:

@rockerchick28: But wouldn't a clone's embryo solve the issue of finding a match for the donor marrow? Is it better to condemn a person to a life of suffering so that a blob of cells that isn't yet sentient can live?

@Scaramanga: I'm using the Air, and part of why it's so thin is that the motherboard on this is extremely tiny. The motherboard on ARM-based devices in general is smaller than the Air's, which is among the smallest x86 boards on the market. (Though those Pico-ITX boards do compete.)

@Scaramanga: I think we'll have to wait for the OS to actually finish being developed for that. At the moment, they're looking for minimal-headache hardware, which means that they're using a generic, simple Atom-based system in a basic case. If memory serves, Google's going to be moving towards ARM once this takes off.

I must know: Will Minecraft be optimized better than it is now. It's unacceptable that I get stutters running at normal draw distance on a Core 2 Quad, GTX 260, and 4GB of RAM.

@kanibal_hobo: It's quite simple. You just put your finger on the right side of the touchpad and press down. Thanks Steve for inventing this innovative new method of input.

@vinod1978: Is there a reason why double stars aren't possible on Gizmodo?

@Settings: It looks like the finished product has improved ergonomics. As for the glowing apple, I guess that it's brighter on the Airs, because it's much brighter than a "dim glow".
