I’m not sure it’s unethical to share internet service. Would it be illegal to share phone service, power or gas? Especially if it’s a metered connection I don’t see an ethical dilemma at all.

Most subscriptions allow you to cancel immediately, but still give you access for the remainder of that billing period. Example: pay for Netflix March 10th, cancel March 10th, have access until April 10th. No need for reminders.
You should read where they got these numbers. They specifically mention that if trading continued as is, the plan would actually bring in approximately $4.8 trillion. They are claiming $2.4 trillion because they expect high frequency traders and algorithmic based trading formulas to trade ~50% less.
