I’m not one to come to the “defense” of the airlines typically, but I will throw this out there:

The fake reviews from Ashleygiggles04818 from Cheyenne, WY that mention how her ‘favourite harbour boat ride’ in the world ‘made for a fantastic holiday’ during her 1 trip review of Rio are kind of a tip-off.

This has been going on for YEARS at TripAdvisor. There are a TON of reviews by clearly sham accounts over there (1 or 2 reviews for local restaurants or activities, no reviews for anything else nearby, hotels, etc that would be normal for someone reviewing a trip).
