You haven't proved him wrong. he asked for Firefox or Chrome for iPhone/iPad, you gave him neither. You know who DOES give us the option of using Firefox AND Chrome on our tablets? Microsoft. As soon as you switch out of Metro, with a click or two, you can have access to both of these.

They are prototypes, but with Google's track record, thats probably how they are going to look like when released for the consumer. I dont think they're TOO ugly myself....
