We had a snake in our yard a couple of weeks ago. dandilyn was trying to identify it. I was trying to decide between shoes or a bag. It was gone before we made a positive I.D. Two days later I heard my neighbor scream at the top of her lungs. dandilyn and I looked at each other, knowingly.

Makes me glad that the only things I have seen running across my local (urban) home depot are your average, run of the mill urban critters. I couldn’t imagine what might be out there in a more rural environment.

And also- because baby stuff is just adorable! My baby doesn’t actually need a tiny bow tie or wayfarers or swim trunks with little elephants (a swim diaper would work just fine), but it’s all just so.damn.cute.

Seriously. I always gift two-piece swimmers whether it’s for a boy or a girl (rash guards are good for blocking the sun.) If you have any concept of how many times a kid needs his/her diaper changed then you won’t do that to a parent unless you really dislike them. LOL
