I doubt they would with a cavalry screen. Also, with a distinct lack of shields, they would be easy prey to javelins and arrows...
Marines trained in fire and manoeuvre first and foremost, armed only with combat knives/bayonets; up against a Roman shield wall 3 deep while being encircled in classic bull horns by the cavalry?
The Marines only have a finte number of bullets, then it comes down to hand-to hand. My money's on Rome winning after a bloody slaughter.
Unfortunately, with production re-tooling, QA etc. that bill would probably rise well above any legal fees. Especially considering Samsung Tabs ain't exactly selling like hot-cakes
