I’m not sure how insulting Andrew’s comment is supposed to be. Arkansas has both shittier and better cities. At best/worst, Hot Springs is a mediocre city filled with resort spas.

I hate Tom Cotton with all that I am, and I’m embarrassed to share a state with him. I wouldn’t be surprised to find out that the questions were pre-arranged. He doesn’t answer the tough questions—not from reporters and not from his constituents.
