A better % of development cuts, better content moderation, less shovelware, there are plenty of potential upsides here.

Oh boo hoo. The “great marketplace of ideas” platform is mad about a bit of competition.

    WARGROOVE IS OUT NEXT WEEK?

This is a real genuine surprise to me, but I suppose I shouldn’t be surprised that Josh & co. are so willing to spend extra time to really fully flesh out the game’s systems.

Funny as I’m watching his AGDQ run right now as a matter of fact.

Very cool that they found a means of immediately stopping his momentum while OoB.

    Sold out :(

    Sold out :(

Really curious to see what happens to $ATVI tomorrow.

Damn, thanks for suggesting this run. I normally would have skipped the Sonic block but Fatbody is HYPE.

I mean it has Joker so it’s clearly a stylish game.

Welcome to the P5 fandom :D

But it wasn’t ever called complete?

As a kid I always heard this as “So long ye donkey!”

    I don’t know why either.

Please correct me if I’m wrong here but aren’t the DLC packs based off of content straight from prior games?

To be clear, I’m not a fan of the DMCA as written either, but this seems like a clear-cut case of the actual copyright holders enforcing their rights here.

What inclines you to think that Stardock owns the rights? Based upon the verbiage of the agreement when royalty payments stopped, the agreement would have been void.

How is this abusing DMCA? You have one party that claims, with a clear paper trail, that rights reverted to them.

On the other side you have a developer who outright knew they didn’t have the rights, promised the game wouldn’t infringe upon the copyright, and then proceeded to do just that.

    Now playing

For those that want to read more into the most recent court filing I recommend Leonard J French’s video on the subject:

Nah sorry, Wardell is clearly in the wrong here and he knows it based on the court filings.

    “GOOD”

Definitely my show of the year, never thought it’d be something I was into, but it’s just so charming.
