What about a carbon tax on EV’s too then since most electricity is generated burning coal or natural gas. Then a tax to build a grid actually capable of charging 100 million+ EV’s. Then we need a tax to help pay for disposal sites for all the batteries.

It is the states fault the bridge got hit since they are the ones that issue the permits and assign the routes for these loads. If anything the state will be responsible for the damage to the load and the equipment.

The states issuing permits for these loads tell the drivers the route they have to follow. It is the states fault their bridge gets hit.

Since this is clearly a permitted load, if the driver was on the route given to him by the state, then it is the State of Massachusetts fault.
