Thank you emails for interviews are so stupid. My company actively tells candidates that they will be ignored. What’s the point in sending something that everyone tells you to send for no reason? How does it help you with a future opportunity? We have their resume/application on file for future positions. We place

Wow... This guy you’re arguing with really is a douchebag.

*Sigh* So if you need a special remote for anything, it’s a fail? So modern stereo’s that you can’t operate on the device itself, is a fail? Lots of TV’s, that can’t do web based applications (like netflix or amazon prime) are a fail?

To Afijaymz1's point, that’s YOUR expectation. Not everyone else’s. That seems to be the point you continually keep missing/ignoring. He kept saying he understood where you’re coming from, but you can’t let go that others think differently.

Wow. This guy just doesn’t get it. Very much a clap my hands over my ears and yelling, “I’m not listening! I’m right! You’re wrong!” His opinion is fact, apparently...

I disagree. After the city, I moved to the burbs for about 10+ years now. I still don’t know anyone that likes deep dish over quad cities, thin crust, or new haven styles.

As someone who’s lived in the Chicago area for over 36 years, the part about “locals not eating deep dish is horseshit” is horseshit.

I like the “Continuing this is pointless”, coming from the guy who can’t admit that bad placement doesn’t equal cheap design. It reminds me of the “I won’t admit that I’m wrong, so I’m going to just deflect and say that I’m tired of this to save face.”

LOL. The condescending “Please read the articles you post completely.” in the same article it says it’s raw. And, heat processing is not cooking. There’s a difference. Sure, you can buy pre-cooked bacon or hot-smoked bacon. But bacon, by definition, does not need to be cooked and is overwhelmingly sold as cured. It is

No, we’re not pretending. We’re looking at EVIDENCE (hazard lights) that tells you that she knew something was up. That was a weak retort. You’re the one trying to pretend to be all wise in telling afijaymz about what people are oblivious to.

Well, I’ll do the same. What an idiot.

Hahah, now we KNOW you’re the one that can’t read. where did he say that knowing someone is equatable to being friends. He said exactly the opposite. Either you’re just being a troll or you need to learn how to read again...

Says the guy who tried to call someone out and looked like an idiot for being an idiot. HAHAHAHA.

And that’s mostly what Android Wear users are using it to do, too.
Very few people are trying to use Android Wear (or Apple Watch) like it’s inspector gadget.

Not as many as you think.. Just because some people like something, doesn’t mean that what you said is accurate. You mentioned simple and unobtrusive (I don’t know how spending twice the amount of time/effort doesn’t make it LESS unobtrusive and simple).

I’ve never had a problem with voice control. Perhaps Pebble’s voice control implementation doesn’t work as well? Android Wear’s touchscreen interface has been proven to be simple, effective, and unobtrusive. In fact, you can do MUCH more quicker and effectively on Android Wear using the touchscreen than basically

Absolutely. It’s called voice control. No need to push buttons a bunch of times. If your hands aren’t free, you can use your voice. I know you were trying to be smart, but, sorry. No dice.

Agreed. All of Pebble’s stuff is UGLY. And navigating on them is annoying.
