Long matches only work if they are paced properly and feature nearly flawless execution along the way. I’m probably biased but given all of the stuff I watched out of Japan over the years, that was always the best place for long matches. Or more particularly All Japan Pro Wrestling at its peak could pull off 30+

Why? Because I don’t blindly subscribe to the safety > all mentality a number of the F1 muppets around here do?

Aw, how cute, you can’t handle other people’s opinions, so you have to whine about people voicing their opinions. Absolutely hysterical LOL.

Good riddance to all three.

Funny since the fan experience has been against the introduction of the halo overwhelmingly. Will be pretty ghastly when we see this abominations unveiled for winter testing. At least we’ll get 360 degree shots of how awful they look from every angle finally.

At least no one reached out to try and ask Rich Piana his thoughts.

Budget caps will never work. I spoke with an auditor once who was a F1 fan and he said the large teams can easily hide all excess costs by way of their suppliers. There are so many ways to circumvent any budget cap that it’s nothing more than lip service to the fans who have bought into the idea that competitive

Sad story but when ranking climbs, I still think the most famous climb involving a Kennedy was when Jackie climbed onto the back of the limo in Dallas back in ‘63.

Brian Pillman was in 1996 in the pre-internet days of pro-wrestling batshit fucking psycho. I still remember flipping on Monday Night Raw during the infamous Steve Austin/gun angle thinking someone got killed. Pillman knew how to play the psychotic wrestler to a T. By today’s standards that whole thing probably

Chuck, don’t know if you know this, but Rossi was using a softer tire than anyone else could use on his NSR-500 than anyone else could even use. When Alex Barros rode Rossi’s NSR-500 chassis in 2002, he commented that no wonder Rossi won the title. Rossi long had equipment advantages that no other riders had access

Still waiting for something useful to spill out of your fingers....can you do it?

Ad hominem much? Always the sign of someone with nothing useful to say. Let me know when you have something on topic to say....thanks.

He brought the sport into disrepute two years ago and admitted it was nothing more than a manufactured conspiracy theory that was driven by Uccio. Marquez did nothing wrong in 2015. Victim blaming is pretty classless. Kicking a rider off of a bike in the middle of a grand prix warranted an instant black flag and a

I can’t recall, but were they running bias ply Dunlops in 1983 or were they running radial Dunlops?

Stupid move on his part, and it just highlights how pro-Rossi the GP media at large is. He has no chance of winning the title, and yet this story is dominating in spite of the fact that Andrea Dovizioso and Marc Marquez are in the middle of a fantastic title battle and locked at 199 points currently.

“Let me know when you guys get close to my time.”

This is highly irregular. If you were going to tell me a Jackson was going to be accused of physical abuse in 2017, I would have asked where Joe Jackson was.

It’s funny, some people thought Nolan was done in 1991 and then he went out and threw the no-hitter.

RIP Brain, you were a goddamn fucking legend to listen to all those years ago. In a way I’m actually glad he is gone now as I always felt it was so cruel that his greatest gift, his voice, was what was taken from him so we couldn’t enjoy it as he grew old. Didn’t seem right that such a fate should have befallen a guy

I’ve done over 120MPH on a Yamaha R6 in a similar speed limited zone, so on CBR1000RR, north of 140-150MPH is easily doable.
