Nazis knew how to dress themselves.

By "not being a twat," do mean you want me to pretend that your false statements are correct?

Where's your evidence they were lying about anything or didn't have the proper paperwork?

What confusion?

Yeah, that's obviously what went down at the infamous Italy/Seattle border.

Yeah, of course it's the fault of those whiny bands, and not the police state that has a history of overreach and violence against innocent people.

Wow.

The idea that SXSW has nothing to do with this is absurd. The band would never have been travelling to America if it were not for SXSW.

It started when you claimed that the band's purpose for visiting the US had no bearing on a story that's about them being detained for travelling to the US. It went completely off the wall when you claimed I was being obtuse, and then started saying weird shit about how the AV Club had never reviewed the band's albums

I'm not lashing out. It's just that you seem to have no understanding of reality. How else am I supposed to respond to the nonsensical ramblings of an idiot?

But why would handcuffing and overnight detention be necessary? Also, they didn't enter the country illegally.

Are you a fucking idiot?

Even if they had the wrong visa, why the handcuffing?

How is it not important to the story? It's literally the first question any competent journalist would ask in a case of someone being detained while travelling. Hell, it's the first question that immigration authorities ask when someone is entering the country. What are they supposed to report - "random people

Because it's the reason they were travelling to America.

What's the opposite of cromulent?

How is the fact that they were travelling to America for SXSW "no reason"? It's quite relevant to the story.

What's the political agenda supposedly being furthered, and where is Trump mentioned?

>To be clear, the band’s arrest doesn’t seem to have anything to do with the soon-to-be-removed deportation clause in the standard SXSW contract, the one that’s had a number of musicians protesting the festival for what some had seen as strong-arm tactics. We just put that in headline to be deliberately misleading
