That was the epitome of the bad, pseudo-edgy, fake-hip dialogue that Hollywood has worshiped for the past 15 years.

Greg Berlanti = bad, boring shows.

Bad producer hires bad writer. Not a surprise in Hollywood… :(

Pretty much: all political correctness and hype. Zero talent.

A remake of a seemingly uninteresting foreign show adapted by a bad writer…

You say you made a joke, which would be more believable is you weren't using insults and put downs again in lieu of argument.

Mad Men did have horrible ratings.

Thanks for the interesting reply.

When you make bad TV shows, you have to use lots of pretentious words so Hollywood knows you're brilliant, although all you really need is buddies in the right place.

So the disaster that was Wayward Pines was richly rewarded by Hollywood…

I'll commend you for your lack of insults. Apparently, you and I are some of the few people who can disagree without trying to shout down others. :)

It will come as a shock to you, because you seem to think bullying will work withe me, but I eat bullies for breakfast.

You just confirmed what a sad ageist bully you are.

You keep refusing to discuss and insult in hope, I gather of bullying.

Perhaps the hyperbole is making your points less clear to others (and clearly me… :) ).

I'll just have to assume you were just trolling and not actually wanted to discuss.

This is your post:

Since Arvo Part doesn't write for film, I doubt he had classical music cut and pasted onto films in mind.

Drew Struzan is awesome. So was Bob Peak. There was another illustrator going by McCall I remember fondly.

My view of that one was that the composer did as well as was possible given what he was asked to do. He managed to sneak an occasional interesting melodic or harmonic idea, but what he was asked to do was just not interesting.
