I picked up a Steam Link two summers ago, and I freaking love it for that exact reason. My PC has pretty much replaced my PS4 at this stage.

The only thing keeping me from this game is that the Switch release hasn’t dropped yet. I can’t wait.
Anybody have a good answer for why the joysticks on old Dual Shock controllers (and *only* Dual Shock controllers, as best as I can tell) eventually develop this sticky, gummy film after a few months of disuse? It’s gross, and no matter how many times I clean them, I find them all tacky again the next time I go to use…
This was a better game than it got credit for. Not as good as Asylum or City, but hardly a disappointment. The Batmobile was a lot of fun despite its detractors, and I think most of the negativity is spillover from the catastrophic PC launch (which was a mess, but not reflective of the quality of the game itself).
All these years later, and it’s still the benchmark. I can think of no franchise with more consistently pitch-perfect voice acting than Soul Reaver.
I played on PC right after release and didn’t have too much trouble.
D2 is generally better than D1, except for the awful story.
Of course :)
But what makes it a “crappy” system if it had such an obviously long list of really good games?
Well there wouldn’t be much sense in running above that in handheld mode, seeing as the Switch’s screen is 1280x720.
Man, that screenshot reminds me that I need to get back to Subnautica.
Hoodwinked, cheated, short-changed, defrauded, swindled, gouged...
Yeah. If this kind of thing were tongue in cheek, it wouldn’t bother me so much. But this obsessive search for canonical “truth” in things that just don’t have any is so weird.
Maybe it is on you, maybe it isn’t.
Honestly, I don’t even think it goes that far. I think Nintendo uses these characters the same way that Disney uses Mickey and his gang. They’re just plug-and-play characters that have vaguely-defined core personalities, and can otherwise be used for whatever the situation calls for.
And that’s totally fine. It’s not…
It’s almost as if none of it matters, and there’s not really a such thing as Mario “canon.”
Honestly, you should just watch his video review because it’s a gas.
“the irony of your post is that the more single player you play the worse you get at the multiplayer”
Kulu-Ya-Ku: “Regardless, I always feel quite bad for killing it.”
