I find the music pretension worse than the food pretension, mostly because it seems to go after the actual listeners. You rarely see someone say "if you eat a cheeseburger, you are garbage", but you see that a lot with bands people listen to.

I was unaware it was possible to have disdain for a John WIlliams score. Then again, I found the score for TFA to be rather meh (the opening note has all of the impact of a soggy tissue, as far as I'm concerned), so I guess we all have our different opinions.
