It’s not like they’re running a Honda engine, so they have that going for them.
I mean all profits go to Japan and that is where their headquarters are, soo, uhh pretty Japanese.
They tick all the boxes as far as I am concerned. They’re Japanese based and far more proud of their heritage than most manufacturers. Its a global car industry, man. Where it’s manufactured does not define a company any more.
Speaking as a Toyota fan and a Star Trek fan, I don’t feel good about someone named Kobayashi driving the car.
This makes me proud to be an employee of Toyota/Lexus. We love racing, and it’s finally showing through. I will be wearing my Toyota/Gazoo Racing jacket all weekend!
Absolutely, but at the same time, I can promise you they’ve stress tested literally every goddamn nut, bolt, flange, and seal on the car, from a $10,000 turbo housing to a 75 cent plastic washer. It’s entirely possible that a straight up defect still happens, I mean it’s never outright impossible, but if there’s a…

Keep wings, the stupidly narrow sidewalls on the tires, the goofy…
holy hell that back end is a styling mess. #ugly... #pontiacaztek
nice looking engine bay, all business.
I can’t get over the styling of the present Civic. I love that you can get a hatchback with 4 doors, but the styling is for children who usually aren’t looking for practicality.
I heard they had Alonso help develop it. They say it’s been engineered to be the fastest car in the field until the last lap.
