I definitely agree with your assessment, and would add, that in the show at least, Littlefinger painted himself into a corner (similar situation in the books). He was so busy trying to play everyone against each other that he boxed himself in. No one from the Vale cared for him and had suspicions, hence why he was on

78 hp and 33 city/41 highway. It’s gets a well deserved crappy reputation.

The way some retailers work (Wal-Mart for one), their distribution centers tend to be within 100-200 miles of the stores they service. Put charging stations at the docks at the stores, and this is a big money-savor for companies like this.

Wal-Mart would save a fortune on fuel and maintenance on their fleet of trucks for their distribution centers, especially if they add charging stations to the docks at the stores. No more fuel, oil, and other maintenance that occurs on diesel engines.

They burned him so the walkers couldn’t turn him right in the middle of them. At least, that’s what I would do in that situation.

They have to be brought back by the white walkers, hence why they always burn the dead in the North.

I kept yelling at Sam to shut up and let Gilly finish. Damnit.

Now that Daenerys is aware of their existence, if she decides to lay siege to the Lannisters, it would make sense to bring some catapults that toss napalm to negate the scorpions. Siege vs. siege to open the sky.

If someone has the machinery, it wouldn’t be too tough to create panels that smooth those spots out, eliminating those damned fake vents. They’d probably sell well, as I can’t imagine too many people thinking those things look nice.

Same in Ohio as long as you are 18 or older.

I guess I should have clarified my point a little more - I do not believe that a carbon fiber halo would have prevented Bianchi’s head injuries based on the velocity of the car and what it impacted. That was a horrific freak accident that I’m unsure most racing vehicles would have provided enough protection for.

I agree they need to be proactive, however I still don’t see the halo as being the optimal solution. A closed canopy/cockpit would make more sense and be safer than both the halo and the aero screen concepts.

I don’t believe the halo would have prevented Jules’ death. That was one freak accident, and the halo is nothing more than carbon fiber (as far as we know, anyway) that would shatter on an impact like he encountered.

By what, exactly? I agree the drivers need protection, but I’m not convinced a halo would have prevented the last tragedy that happened.

Depending on the trajectory of the spring that hit Massa, the halo probably would not have prevented it. This does nothing at all for small debris unless the driver gets lucky and it hits the small portion of the halo.

You can add the 2017 Lincoln MKZ with the 400 HP TT V6 and AWD starting at $42,810 to that list. While the Buick is sharp, I’d take a good look at the Lincoln if I were shopping for a new car in that price range (if buying American is the main point).

There should be some data on this - Honda started doing this with their 2.4l four around 2008/09 (I believe). I know my 2012 TSX (K24Z3 engine) has the manifold built into the head.

Aside from the transmission originally being sourced from Mercedes, the platform of the Magnum, Charger, 300, and Challenger is/was designed in America:

Buick’s fine with it - the Envision is imported from China.

It’s very unrelated. Both the Indy car and F1 engines are completely unrelated to each other and their road going engines (The F1 engine this year is a completely new design compared to the engine they ran the past two years). Honda is not inexperienced with road-going turbo engines. They used to put them into the
