Same freaking thing here. Ford has projected availability of parts as this December - about 18 months after the recall on my car. Fortunately, it only affects the passenger side airbag for me, so I can still use the car to commute.

And another FU to Honda, for reportedly knowing about this problem for years before

Just bought my first house and now that I have some extra cash laying around, I invested in replacing all the light bulbs with LED. The previous owner had incandescent bulbs and a few really old CFL bulbs everywhere. My first full month’s electric bill was hilariously low. Wishing I’d done this at my old rental house.

Similar here. We tried to set repeated appointments with Toyota to get our car in and were put off for two and a half years.

They hate common sense, simple as that. They’re vile people.

Neutral: car buying decisions, beyond MPG, no because I’ve only bought two cars in my life and one was from family.

Neutral: The “environment” is quickly becoming like “safety” in terms of consumer expectations. That is, in recent decades you had to seek it out especially (like buying a Volvo or Mercedes in the 80s), but now it’s everywhere. A combination of market forces and regulations have done this, and it’s generally a good

OK, now to be serious. I would have gotten a 4-cylinder Mustang no matter what, it’s honestly what I wanted.

As it so happens I had a new S60 for the day yesterday, and the waterfall center console caught my eye. It’s not much different than what you pictured, notably the number pad.

Wow. It’a amazing how the plastic looks so shitty, but changing it to bamboo in the same shape makes it look classy AF.

In a way, it’s the hard part of owning any sports car. Cars-and-coffee jokes aside, I like the new Mustang and am still considering buying one, but I’ve had a couple in the past and it’s tiring, having someone in a, Camaro, Challenger, Grand Prix(?), Civicwithafartcan, Pickuptruckwithglasspacks, etc.... try to

3rd Gear: Would LOVE to! But guess what, they aren’t fucking available for my car yet and better, no availability date is provided. Fuck you Takata.

Dat rear tho...

Spot on. Very interesting / beautiful hatch with the interior from a Model 3.

The only suitable Tiburon was the one that was never made. Hyundai tried with the first gen but it was not even close.

It’s not a nice price, as these can be picked up all day for under $4k; however, based on condition it’s not crack pipe either. This is run of the mill dealer markup with room to negotiate to a so-so price. Automotive sales purgatory.

I mean, at 7 grand who is going to buy a Tiburon? There are so many better options at that price. Not a terrible car, but that price makes no sense to me..

I voted NP, I don’t know why. I’ve always had a soft spot for these. They’re not good, and there’s 100 other cars I would rather get for this price, but its like a hurt puppy, and I can’t help feel bad for it.

While car shopping for my son, I looked at two of these with less mileage for under $5k. CP.

POLISHED radiator? That’s way too fancy for David. He needs a rust-encrusted radiator!

Yeah, imagine typing in a “2" and 2+2=4 pops up. My wife would think I’m an idiot.
