Hopefully it is - that’s less money he earns as people that need towed can’t get through and call his competition instead. /s

Considering it was an accident scene, I’m pretty sure the insurance company was footing the bill, so he was going to get paid regardless.

I own a 2001 Miata LS and would love to have one of the twins, even if the perception is they don’t have enough power. I’ve upgraded the suspension on my Miata, and am on the fence whether to turbo it or not right now...the money could go towards a Toyota 86 when they release this year.

For the premium it would carry, you could find a 2004 or 2005 LS model with the 6 speed, sport suspension, and Torsen LSD and then go to Flyin’ Miata and get a turbo kit that will bolt on and provide more horsepower than the speed version does. So I’d say only a collectible to a very small audience.

Go look at how the Model X doors open and close versus this. There’s a big difference. Try parking the Lincoln in a confined parking garage and see how useful those doors become as they are shown on the concept (yes, I know those will not go to production on the Ford Expedition, err, Lincoln Navigator).

What will the price be like?

2350 is still 100 pounds lighter than my 2001 LS with more horsepower, torque, and better gearing. Adding 110 pounds would put it about 10 pounds heavier than my 2001 with the benefits I listed, plus having a more secure car, that if kept as long as mine has been going, should mean no top replacements. I’m getting

The 2016 Miata is 100 pounds lighter than my 2001 Miata LS. Adding an additional 200 pounds for the convenience of a hard top isn’t a major issue on the 2016. Those that still want the lighter car have the cheaper option, and those that are buying the car to race will go that route.

The new one (non-Prime) still reminds me of something one of our cats hacked up once. Hideous.

While it kills hundreds of thousands per year, the costs to take care of them and ease their suffering until they pass is very costly (my father died of lung cancer from smoking). Yes, they die sooner than they normally would, but the cost for caring for them plus the cost of lost productivity is higher than a person

Seems like this would be cost prohibitive compared to their current turbo boxer-4s that produce similar numbers. This sounds more like a design exercise than anything that would actually make it to production. Unless they are aiming to compete with the NSX. (sarcasm on that last part).

Less than the past two Republican Presidents.

Hillary handled a congressional grilling just fine. Trump can’t handle a reporter from Fox News (Megan Kelly). Tell me again how Hillary can’t handle him?

Don’t forget that the President cannot write laws (Senate). The President doesn’t create the budget (House). Nearly everything ALL Presidential candidates say is

Yet Trump has been caught in lie after lie as well, and does not deal well with others. *boogle*

What happens when you run out of water in the tank? Does the ECU reduce power to compensate for the loss of cooling? How big is that tank?

Not trying to split hairs - just genuinely curious.
