That looks exactly how I imagine an updated Volvo C30 would look. I know they sold Volvo years ago but are they still sharing design studies?

An intersting study, which I’m sure has probably already been discussed at some point, is looking at what point in time the fun colors started to give way to road grays or white and black and silver and beige. Were there other outside factors at play at that point that caused the uptick that eventually strangled the

Offload my MS6 and find something interesting with four doors, a manual, and sounds great even if it isn’t the fastest thing on the road. I know GTI is the obvious choice but I’m really tall so it may not work for me.

“Look, Ricky, we could live with the huge abortion scandal. We could have even dealt with the hookers thing, corrupting these young kids and all. But this, THIS is messing with our money, so now you’ve got to go.”

This sounds similar to everyones take on Whataburger here in Texas. All I ever heard about was how amazing Whataburger was when my wife and I moved here.

Ah! So I’m not the only one! I still, to this day, get emails from a dealer in TN asking if I’m interested in trading in my wife’s Milan for an Edge we had looked for....five years ago. We’re three cars in since we purchased an Edge, not surprisingly from a different dealer.

I am from Louisville, and they are essentially interchangeable. Not much, if anything outside what is considered Louisville is Jefferson County.

This looks great, hopefully it lives up to the numbers on paper. Curious, is this active suspension similar to magnetic ride offered by the other GM brands?

Because the powers that be aka the accounting department determined that the “easy” fix was too costly. Just because they are a mega-company does not excuse them from being capable of bad designs.

In defense of the SS, Chevy took a big steamy dump on a potential winner right from the start. If you want to sell a new model for 50k, you could at least put an ad together to tell your buyers it exists. I NEVER saw a single iteration of an SS in a commercial during it’s life cycle in the states. While Dodge

This is fake news. Everyone knows when you hand someone a Pepsi (instead of Coke) it incites even more anger and violence.

6'10” here, for me it becomes more an effort of ”what can I fit into?” than what I actually want to drive. Interior design and seat positioning is so critical, I feel roomier in an mk7 golf than my wife’s old Explorer, and my son’s car seat fit in both but allowed my wife more room in the passenger seat of the Golf.

No worse on this pre-production prototype than a full-production Tesla.

Same, I was surprised at fitting in a 2nd gen MR2 in my younger years. Sadly, no amount of wishful thinking or creative seat positioning allows for us to answer everything with Miata.

If you want to look at long overdue platforms, I believe the Ford Fox platform has to be a record holder. Designed for a 79 model, virtually unchanged up to 93, and only slightly changed for 94-04.

My wife has an Explorer now and wants to move to the Flex, I myself have been eyeing the SHO. Flex is the best of both worlds with the Ecoboost, and they are absolutely cavernous inside compared to the Explorer. I’m almost 7' and for once didn’t feel cramped sitting in the back seat behind the driver.

Thoughts on why there was what appears to be a Hellcat and an F-Type in with the caravan? Perhaps the Jag for exhaust note comparison, and the Hellcat to understand how to prevent heatsoak within five minutes on the road?
