It’s official, I forgive Katy for recording “Firework”.

I ran the SSL Labs test against the site, Fails with a capital “F”

Assume you’re talking about this... it’s not true.

Valid points though. +1

Trump bat-shit craziness is a feature, not a bug. The far-right in Congress have a guy who they can manipulate and divert attention while they do all the shit they’ve dreamed about doing for the last 20 years.

You know, I despise Republicans for being either evil or dimwitted, but at least they believe in something. You’re worse then that. We live in a two party system, especially for president. That’s never going to change (except to a one party system). And at the end of the day you can’t even help yourself.

Important numbers:

You’re out of your mind. Trump is their get out of jail free card. Do you realize what Trump is? He’s a barricade for them. They know he’s going to do whatever they want. He’ll force it through, and there are enough vulnerable democrats in states up for midterm elections in two years, that they’ll have to play ball.

It’s not even short memory, it’s that people will vote for people who are ideologically similar to themselves (or pretend to be) no matter how badly their party fucked up or how bad they are, if the only alternative is voting for someone of the opposite party.

They have no reason to impeach him yet and it would be harmful to their party if they tried. He was elected by “their” voters. He is amenable to passing the legislation they want and he offers a perfect scapegoat if their policies fail. In the likely event the Obamacare repeal is a disaster, or the economy tanks. They

This is the key point — Trump is very popular with Republican voters. So long as he remains popular with this most important demographic for Republicans, the other suits in the party remain beholden to him and have to walk the line.

Actually, Republicans have no good reason to impeach him. Consider the precedent: an idiot, sock puppet figurehead manipulated by billionaires and too dumb to not become mired in chaos and serving as their scape goat.

Donald Trump is the Roger Goodell of America.

Oh ho ho Alex, they have a very good reason. As long as Trump has an (R) next to his name he’s one of them, and you never betray the Republican Party. A presidential nominee could, for example, drag the Speaker of the House through the mud and the Speaker is still obligated to hug his nuts. Party over country, after

I think the fact that Trump is clearly more capable of doing real damage on his way out the door, rather than just slinking away in quiet ignominy, has to factor into their equations. As far as this goes, for me, the introduction of Bannon felt like a bolt from the blue. It suddenly became clear that Trump had allies

Look. Alex. That’s just urinalysis.

If Republicans were smart—if they were a rational political party able to act in their own best interests—they’d impeach Trump as soon as possible.

Something tells me now is a good time to stock up on any relaxing items of ill repute you can.

We get to look forward to another Trump et al election. Another set of debates, cult meetings (rallies), and ass kissing press.

“At the end of 8 years”. Oh go fuck yourself
