Bartolo’s given us too much joy to lose this to scum like Goodell.

Ballghazi always and forever, due to an incredible marriage of longevity and overall silliness. Scandal is too tame a word for FIFA and the body count their actions have piled up.
Finally, someone gets it!
Florida would get wrecked. It’s too damn small and accessible, plus their infantry would all be on hoverrounds. To be defensible, you need something big and shitty that’s not even worth conquering, like Wyoming.
Not exactly. They had Bird rights on Rivers and Crawford, allowing them to go over the cap to re-sign them. Since they were already over the cap, they couldn’t lose them and sign new players to the same contracts. They’re not great contracts, but it’s not accurate to say that they could’ve spent that same money on…
I feel like literally every team would take him on that contract. Not a great look for his agent.
I’m a little worried, but I feel better that he didn’t go out and do something rash on July 1st. The Aldrich signing was probably good value since it looks like Thibs wants to play big.
Kevin and Steph are both free agents next summer. The pressure on that organization to win is going to be insane, because the consequences of them falling short could be catastrophic. Next season is going to be great.
That’s a fair point. I just assume the “max salary” will go up or disappear entirely with Chris Paul, Melo, Lebron, and Curry on the exec committee this time around.
It’ll depend on the economic growth of the international leagues more than anything else. Looking at the current CBA, I think players will be more likely to suit up overseas because the pay gap between NBA benchwarmer and Euroleague rotation guy should increase.
Gonna go out on a limb and say that convincing the owners and NBPA to agree on a CBA modification that would’ve retconned existing contracts was...unlikely.
He had knee surgery before last season; maybe he didn’t have enough time to get right in the offseason because he looked pretty good in 14-15. Maybe he’ll be better this year and can approximate Robin Lopez-like production.
I just don’t understand paying Mozgov when he played himself off the court and only got garbage time minutes.

Underrated part of the video is when he looks at the sky afterwards, as if it’s the reason he can’t catch.
I assume Burneko wrote this from an undisclosed location as he hunts down the guy who held the “Hinkie died for your sins” sign.
Yeah, I’ll +1 that.
Gotta be Stephen A. Cowherd and Mushnick are DQed because there’s no evidence they’re even human. Broussard’s just bad at his job, and while Nantz is a putz, he’s barely deserving to be on a list that excluded Bayless, Travis, Whitlock, etc.
A Defending Skip Bayless podcast? I envy the deaf.
Pretty sure Houston moved to Tennessee, smart guy.
