That’s a well-earned +1.

2 wins over .500/season with no postseason success. I suppose he could technically become a more average GM, but not my much.

He had one good game though! All those teams were stupid to give up on him.

A good potato salad is grossly, grossly underrated.

Unlike the ad-wizards running the NFLPA, in baseball you’re not appealing to the same person who instituted the punishment, so why not take a shot?

After 2 weeks TwinkieTown was looking at the team’s offense and showing that they were statistically worse than the legendary Cleveland Spiders team from 1899. I’ve blacked out on the team since.

The everything has been an issue.

Marc Gasol coming off a broken foot at 31? Hard pass.

Way to sacrifice yourself to bring that report to the masses.

Dear Canadians,

I’m not convinced they’ll beat the Spurs yet. Waiters turning back into a pumpkin after his Game 4 outburst seems inevitable, and the Thunder basically hit every “bad” shot they took. That’s not something I’d bank on, and even if they get past the Spurs, the Warriors have a way of making those shots miss. Example:

I’m worried that Joerger is stealth-terrible, because you’re supposed to clash with management to get away from the Kings, not brought into the Kings.

Cringe-worthy. +1

“Stop putting us on TV”

A lot of it’s our culture’s over-obsession with everything NFL, but I think for some it has to do with the NFL’s obsession with talking out both sides of their mouth when it comes to their (to everyone but them) nonsensical approach to dealing with player misconduct.

Kasich is so useless he couldn’t even be the focal point of Burneko’s rant on Kasich.

Makes sense. You can’t re-sign him to a big deal if you think he’s not your guy, especially for a smaller market like Indy that can’t get in the business of owing ex-coaches money.

Now I’m hungry. Thanks, jerk.

I think basketball philosophy might’ve been a lot of the issue. Bird wanted a faster paced team with PG playing the 4, but Vogel scrapped it because it wasn’t working and went back to his comfort zone of defensive meatgrinder. And it was successful, because they were 3rd in defensive efficiency...but it wasn’t what

I like Breen and JVG, and think they’d be better as a 2-man booth. Jackson’s OK enough, but his saltiness regarding the Warriors is overwhelming since they’re always on.
