He's not the best actor, by any stretch, though he wasn't bad in GONE GIRL. I think he does good work as a director, though. I've liked every movie he's directed.

The scene with Penguin and Gertrude was nice, but I caught a continuity error (Gertrude's left hand was never consistently placed) that distracted me.
Yabbut I'm not anxious to see either one of 'em in superhero gear. Especially not Donal Logue.
As soon as Gordon made that promise, I said to the hubby, "she dies before the episode ends." But then again, she's only mostly dead, so I guess I was wrong.
Thank you. Not everyone (i.e., me) has read the comics. While I have no idea when I'll get a chance to do that, I keep hoping for no spoilers therein! :-)
I think Gimple's message to the fans about Glenn teased it *very* strongly. "parts of him, some form of him" in future episodes?
Weren't there walkers on both sides of the fence? What good is getting over the fence?
Not even a manhole underneath him would keep my respect for the writing. I don't know how they keep Glenn AND what plausibility they do have alive simultaneously.
"some version of him or some part of him" - Maybe the speculation is on point about Maggie being pregnant.
Not if Maggie is preggers, which has been speculated previously.
"Is this to milk the show for ad revenue?"
Jada Pinkett might have been an interesting Ramona. Not a great actress, but drop-dead beautiful and (if you watched her in GOTHAM as Fish Mooney) very conversant with snark and bad-guy lingo. That would've freed Bassett up to play the Countess and Gaga to … I dunno, go tour with Tony Bennett or something.
A very funny one!
Andrew West (Gareth) was never a series regular - his name never appeared in the opening credits. Sonequa Martin-Green (Sasha) only became a series regular in Season 6, as did Lennie James (Morgan).
"While it’s doing that though Gotham is also urging viewers to
treat it as a show with gravitas and grit, to move beyond those
cartoonish elements and see the murky morality of the titular city." Kyle…seriously. This is BS. I'm pretty sure the only thing GOTHAM wants is viewers, on any terms. And anyone who's…
Here's my practical reasoning for why Morgan's NOT gone for good. He was bumped up to series regular just this season. He's not going to leave, permanently, after two episodes.
Thank you for this! I knew she was name-checking…but I couldn't for the life of me come up with the last names.
And when she sent it back, she said "tell ____ this burger is a coaster." I didn't catch whether she said a name, or just "the cook." But if it was a name, she's familiar with them.
Whatever, Master Bruce. But it was completely out of character for him to have laid a finger on her.
