Right you are!
Right you are!
“One [of] Jesus’s disciples—is he named? if so I missed it—catches on to what (and who) Christ was doing, and when the lady gives birth nine months later, the disciple is there to take charge of the infant.”
Right? “…immense power to be held by an idiot, signifying absolutely
I freakin' love BUZZR. Yeah, I'm old. I love it most for reruns of THE MATCH GAME.
My thought was if he never dies…but can never fully catch his breath? I don't know (remember?) if the Word can heal. Jesse would have to speak to the disease, not its host.
I know nothing about the source material, and I'm probably *decades* older than the average PREACHER reader/viewer, but I'm loving this season. I thought last season was good - good enough for me to come back for more - and this season is blowing me away. I may have to make my first foray into graphic novels.
I wish I could like this a million times. Cassidy's shirt was *killing* me.
"the Saint is such an indelible monster that it makes sense that even a non-fatal encounter with him would leave scars."
The agent told Cassidy and Jesse that he'd requested the tape for Harelik's reel, and he also said he'd never watched it because "nobody watches that shit." Still something of a contradiction - you can't create a reel without watching some tape. But it's approaching reasonable to conclude that if someone is really…
I kept telling him to do it. He didn't listen.
I thought something similar. Eugene's not dead - his worst memory is only his worst memory so far.
King Ezekiel on TWD, yes!
That was pretty funny. My husband and I are the lowest of the low (community theater actors), we work for applause rather than money, and we spend more time thinking about characters we play than Dayton Callie apparently does for FTWD.
Absolutely. Tracy is a mean girl. What I find surprising is that 1) she's regarded as attractive, because frankly I don't see it, and 2) if she was part of the "popular" clique, I'm surprised she was friends with Eugene in the first place. I certainly had no social standing with the Heathers or Mean Girls of my era…
GAGA for short, don'tcha know.
And of all the hairy bikers to fall for Venus…it was Tig! Perfect!
Venus on SOA is definitely my favorite work from Goggins to date (admitting that I have yet to catch up to JUSTIFIED… :::toddles off to library website to see if they have it:::).
Thanks! I couldn't remember his first name.
Holy cow, I forgot they also worked together on SOA. I spent the episode making jokes about Dickens and Callie calling each other "Miss Stubbs" and "Charlie (Utter)" by mistake.
I'mma say no, because TTD had an EP on with Cliff Curtis last night. The EP - somebody Erickson - confirmed that Travis is D-E-A-D, dead. And he was included in the "In Memoriam" segment, with a sloppy attaboy from TTD and everything. So no - he dead.
