I'd give it a B+ too. there were a lot of plot points to quibble about, and some huge leaps of logic…but it was a lot of fun.

yes, so far I'm very satisfied with moffat's handling of the daleks. hell…he's even done ok by the cyberman so far, using them very sparingly, and in interesting ways

yes, the hallucination bit was great…I love how the spinning girl ballerina turned out to be just a dalek spinning in circles because his motor was malfunctioning or something. great comic reveal!

oh also my favorite line in the episode, and one that almost redeems every ludicrous dalek failure, was when the dalek emperor, talking about how they think hatred is beautiful, asks the doctor "why do you think we've never managed to get rid of you?"

plus, one of the few dalek episodes in nu-who where the doctor doesn't exterminate every single last dalek in existence (no seriously, there are no more daleks in the universe and absolutely no way you'll ever see them on the show ever again wink wink)!!

they were actually decently scary in parting of the ways, which I just re-watched. the part where they float up in space and kill the game show girl silently is awesome. and they kill a bunch of other people too.
