I don't think they did as much with Chris as they could do, but it was a solid stint. And Geena Davis sold the ending perfectly.

I'm hoping that's what happens.
Michelle Yeoh, Anthony Rapp and Doug Jones? Fullertastic.
These are Fuller's characters for Fuller's story, and I think Fuller's casting. But it doesn't change the fact that he was forced out and I am fucking furious.
No, CBS killed it.
I'm glad they're using his storyline and his characters, and that he left people he trusts in charge. I like the casting which seems like his bag. So I'll watch it. But I am so, so, so pissed about this.
In this AVC post: Comments section goes apeshit over nine episodes of mildly confusing sci-fi show.
She's not a madwoman. But she sure is pissed.

This year is officially one long hellish episode of ABC's shitty What Would You Do?
Oh, honey.
Ideal if so, but still not the same thing.
I'm sure it's not an irrelevant detail, though. Odds are this 'insignificant crewman' will take an unexpected prominent role due to events.
The whole point is it's not what you'd expect to be relevant. Their focus is at least partially on characters who are not usually the leads - Number One the Lieutenant Commander, and now this science nerd. I find that fascinating.
I am hoping this is all still Fuller's influence, frankly. These characters and the casting choices thus far seem very him (and Saru was mentioned by name at a press event before he exited the showrunner role).
Yeah, that Hellboy filming schedule is really fast and furious these days
Why on earth do people think is going to happen
Are you just planning to keep saying this until the hour it premieres, or
They all seem like very Bryan Fuller choices (and characters), which makes me hope against hope he is still actively involved.
