Dije lo que dije. I dont mind that fact that she is blunt and straight forward but on occasion you need finesse, and I’m not talking about with assholes like O’Riley. As I wrote in another post there was a guest that had been raped/molested as a child, he went into detail about it and was very open and forthcoming,

I listened to a similar interview where a man was assaulted by his sitters boyfriend over several years, and he and the other guest were there to talk about their organization. She did the same thing to this man where every single question directed at him contained the word rape, or hearkened to his rape. Her

Someone in one of the other threads articulated it better than I will, but my issue with her is that she is occasionally rude and obtuse but because she doesn’t raise her voice or talk over her guests its supposed to be okay because she is just asking questions.

The scene where David is surrounded by his sycophants to watch the coronation on TV and the way his cynical commentary slowly turns into jealous awe was so good. I was like ‘Ha bitch now what’.

I whole-heartedly agree, I think I cried every scene he was in. I love that gap and raspy voice.

I enjoyed it overall it was worth watching the entire season. I will say the main thing that kept me watching was John Lithgow’s performance as Churchill. His scenes with Stephen Dillane (Stannis from GOT) when he (Churchill) is having his portrait painted were outstanding.

That’s right Fam-GD-U!

I am so excited, especially the choice of DuVernay to spearhead this. I was getting weary of black women/WOC being left out of leading roles in all this comic/sci-fi goodness that’s happening (yes I want more than Black Panther, yes I already know about Star Trek Discovery, no Guardians of Galaxy does not count). I

But they had time to focus on the fact my dude still had on his socks, okay.

No prob. The initial insult to Diplo when he played a track for her was that it sounded like “airport reggae”. Duty free shops are the stores in airports where you can buy items at discounted and often tax-free prices (hello white Hennesy). Airport=Dutyfree. So a clever recall to a earlier burn that is both succinct

he specified “active” members.

She is clearly is doing what she pleases and that delights me as well. Also my girl is Bajan and where was the lie, and I say this as a fan of Major Lazer who wishes them the best (a former college mate is part of their group).

Laughing my ass off at #Dutyfree. But let’s not pretend like these producers are not out here watering down Caribbean people music and then trying to call it “tropical house”.

For the most part his stuff is terrible, however The People v OJ Simpson is one of the best shows ever, at least break the covenant and watch that.

Just read it yesterday because of this article. I think there is enough room for more detail and still make the ending as impactful. The way the father describes the inventor of the process finally getting it to work plus the details of, lets call it his phase 2 trials, are something that I would be interested in

I think Gawker parent site being shut down and the election foiled their plans for a TMZ hellmouth. The Slot consistently gets a good number of views\comments. No shade, but when Teen Vouge becomes more consistent than you its time to get it together.

I think they purposefully leave it untagged. I noticed around the time they talked about making Jezebel a purely gossip site they’d release the shitty articles during the times the am\pm dirt bags came out to trick you into clicking on it. I don’t bother unless its tagged.

El Dorado 15yrs or older. It’s a Guyanese rum they have it in most liquor stores now. The best is the 5o yr old but I don’t think they sell it state side.

This is one of the main reasons why I loved the show The Knick. Looking at the things that we used to consider standard of care was a trip. My favorite was the Mercury steam treatment.
