Jeff Kaplan sucked at large parts of game design, though. Look at how much has had to change from OW launch to now (some of those changes HE directed too, to fix his own mess). He can stay away for a good long while.

Hope they find a good home. Really enjoyed the show

Fuck.

I wouldn’t mind an attempt at a Control series/movie, honestly. Although it’d be hard to live up to the game.

I need you in sequels only please, and I’m sorry Michael Shannon got wasted. :(

Snyder started with Zod and then hamfisted Batman in. Snyder was shit at this and made things overcomplicated.

Superman needs to be simple. Because when you introduce him to something like the Justice League, he’s exactly that - a simple but VERY effective “we should win now” button you press.

Restart the whole thing.

First movie: origin story, give him a giant thing to punch so we can see size and scope of his powers, and thus responsibility. Set him up at the newspaper. Give him some personal attachments. DON’T HAVE YOUR FIRST MOVIE BE AGAINST YOUR DOPPLEGANGER. It doesn’t give the audience an idea of what

Yeah, it hasn’t been my favorite, but I think we just have to wait until Poppy and Ian re-join Mythic Quest proper - at least I hope that’s what happens. So far the positives for me have been:

1. More Jo!
2. More Dana and Rachel, especially Rachel actually given something to do. Dana is still a bit ephemeral - that ep

They literally leaned into this by having him host Is It Cake, where he gets to react to whether things are cake or not.

Yeah, Williams would’ve been my pick. Other picks:

Brian Cox
Edward Norton (cute casting due to name but I think he could pull it off, actually)
Colm Meaney

But I’m open to other suggestions!

If this fucks with Sandman and we don't get the Emperor Norton episode I will personally sound this dude with a rusty nail.

Vampire Survivors got released for mobile so I’ll just be playing that until I literally can’t. I’m a sad, broken man.

Do you mean the aesthetic or something? Because most of the gameplay is very different (there are clear, huge differences between Bastion and Transistor, for instance).

They do thematically reveal most of their story through gameplay mechanics and voice lines, though. And they use very refined color palettes.

I’m not. Monster was fantastic but it was a WHILE before WW. Guess they really liked her vision for the character.

The episode based on this is going to be awesome.

Of all the shows about young orphans discovering magical powers that make them uniquely suited to save the world, this is one of them.

(wife and I will watch it anyway, first season had some decent moments)

I’d have just sent back the review aggregates for WW84. “Any notes would be appreciated.”

Holy shit, you’re right. I had thought she made more.

This is the most Jezebel thing Jezebel has ever Jezebel’d

Yeah, Shadowrun needs another great game. And not based off its tabletop atrocities.
