I snorted into my dinner. Well played.

Sigh. A person can dream...
She looks so beautiful! I would, however, like to know the story behind her company in this photo and what's going on with that shirt/scarf? Very curious!
I don't like this gown. I don't like this gown on her frame—seems ill-fitted, especially for what it does to her bust. The sweeping bang isn't quite sweeping enough. And this was all before I even recognized this as Lea; I thought it was a "Real Housewife of _____" type person's daughter.
This outfit is cute! But it seems more like something you'd wear to the Kids' Choice Award or Teens' Choice Aware rather than this function.
My mom loves capes. If anyone knows where I can procure something like this that would work on a 5'4" lady, let me know STAT. Also, Janelle is working that lovely bouffant+braid look. LOVE.
Good choice with the darker red shade.
The dangers of wearing red to red carpet events, I suppose, is when your outfit either blends in so well (as it almost does here) that you become a chameleon were it not for the parts of your skin on display; or your red contrasts too much with the carpet.
I'm not a huge fan. I think it fits her frame well from the waist up, but from the waist down, something's a foot in the silhouette where I can't help but think she's worn more flattering dresses. Maybe it's that I don't like this shade against her complexion—doesn't do anything for her.
See, as a woman who sweats a lot, I'm totally fine with dips under the arms that can help create some breathing room—-or color blocking where a darker shade hides the sweat. It happens. Here, it might be an intentional darker shade lining, though...
Secret pockets are always the best.
Is that the name branded on the dress? ...Is that normal? Am I supposed to like it? It seems distracting of an otherwise interesting dress. And it's a gown, not a purse where I'm more used to possibly anticipating signatures/abbreviations/etc.
Just started Twin Peaks season 2. THIS. SHOW. It's a mixture of WTFery that's truly David Lynch and gives me the type of WTF dose I need that I can't really get with a lot of today's WTF shows where the WTFness is too much ridiculousness and not enough grounded "okay, so there is actually a point in all this mess."…
My coworkers make fun of me all of the time for this but whatever. My boyfriend and I are both gamers, though our preferences can often diverge, as can the amount of time we play (I don't dedicate nearly as much time nowadays as I used to). But we try to find games we can play together on our comps and Dead Island is…
When I briefly studied abroad in Cambridge for a summer, I discovered cider on tap and fell in love and was so happy I had an alternative choice to beer (this was during undergraduate studies so prior to acquiring a taste and love for wine, during my mixed drink phase of "This is what ReelFashionista will drink to get…
It's amazing how important interior fridge space becomes when most of it is occupied by things you aren't going to use. Don't get me wrong: I love to have some drinks when I'm staying in a hotel since 99% of the time, that means I'm somewhere relying on public transportation and don't have to worry about driving. But…
But I wonder if part of that acceptance is because people who love Pokemon love Pokemon and might be an accepting fan base, or if it's because your combo of Ash meets pimp could be read as an acceptable way for a black person to portray Ash because of how popular visual media has often interpreted pimps as African…
But considering the references to pollution that those particular Pokemon embody, it would make sense for LA to be referencing Los Angeles.
I know it's not a big deal nowadays, but I always loved that Ami-chan had multiple ear piercings, unlike the other girls. It was a small detail that made the "bookworm genius introvert" a bit cooler and trendier than the other girls.
I think the PGSM casting was on point as well. Each actor encapsulated their role so well that I was totally bought in. Even when the effects/choreography really veered into what I recall from my Power Rangers watching years (I didn't stick with Power Rangers for that long b/c the choreography was too campy even for…
