I’ve rented cars which did not allow smoking nor vaping. Otherwise, you would lose your deposit. So long as you don’t exit the car with a cloud of vape following you, right in front of the car rental place, they never notice :P

All of Michigan is a blight and an eyesore. A bunch of old, non-running cars being reclaimed to the earth should fit right in. As far as polluting water goes, they probably already have lead in it.
