very well said- it’s my belief that whatever system we use, we have to make sure we are the masters of it, and not the other way around. and of course the vulnerability that all these systems have and, will always have, is that the number one rule is DONT BE AN ASSHOLE, and people are like, very prone to assholery.

The problem you are describing isn’t architecture’s fault, it’s society’s. I am hesitant to blame “late stage capitalism” as Burneko does, because it’s deeper than that, I think.
