I never drove one, so right out of the gate I can’t comment on ride/handling.

I frequently defend the 200 on this site. It was a severely underrated vehicle
Never forget they also had a special carhartt edition:
I get texts from the Texas Republicans all the time and it usually involves them asking if they should go after Biden for X, Y, or Z. I always respond with something to the effect, “Please do some real work! Fix the grid, fix the roads, fix anything, just please stop with the BS witch hunts!”
shining star
Sure is great that Governor Abbott is spending money to put razor wire in a river and pay some gun thugs to harass both immigrants and federal border patrol workers, instead of fixing the electrical grid that seems to fail at least yearly. This republican trifecta government sure is working out well for everyday…
Definitely not HOAPresidentParkingLot LLC
Nothing to see here... just a bunch of Responsible Gun Owners doing Responsible Gun Owner things. Move along!
Corruption. The big developers build 50,000 houses. The use a HOA because they want control until everything sells. The streets, parks, sidewalks, streetlight, and storm drainage are all owned by the HOA.
How did these become so ubiquitous in the States.
Yeah, this is confusing as Hell. I had to look it “Kaufmann Language” and most sites that describe it do so in ways that are thoroughly unhelpful. Best I found was this site:
They’re saying that until the state law has language in it that specifically says they can’t enforce the pickup rule (even though it already does), they’re going to continue to enforce it. They’re being stubborn and petty.
Why? Why would you live in a neighbourhood with an HOA? How did these become so ubiquitous in the States. In Canada, in a neighbourhood of free-standing homes, these are almost non-existent. We have strata boards in condos and planned communities. But regular residential neighbourhoods are free-hold lots. I literally…
Meth and heatstroke, nearest I can tell.
Listen, I think the culture of leather equipped luxury pickups is stupid, too, but that’s neither here no there. These HOA’s are just inane and enforcing bylaws that keep people from parking a personal vehicle in their own driveways is just obscene.
“I don’t know who is dumber. The HOA board who came up with this rule, or the residents who have choose to pay $500 a year to park their trucks half a mile away.”
“Basically, the HOA is saying that the state law lacks the language that would enforce them to not enact the pickup rule against the residents and until the law contains that language, there isn’t much that residents of The Meadows can do.”
Some residents have taken to parking their trucks in a pay lot over half a mile from the neighborhood,
Why do people live in Florida again?
