I’m guessing so. I’ve only been playing it since July, and I’ve never seen the penalty system used that way. Be kinda nice if they did, though. Within the past few weeks I’ve noticed that the cars will go into that transparent mode more often if contact is about to happen, but that’s about it 

Mannnnnnn I was in a race two nights ago and there was a guy with the Gr.3 Beetle in a Steelers livery who was racing dirty as all hell. Just ramming everyone, putting people into walls etc. I did take a podium in the next race by two milliseconds though. That was a rush
