Yup. We just had a teacher with lymphoma come back. Like, yeah it’s awesome he’s back, cause he’s a great fuckin dude, but still. I wanna be able to have conversations with him years down the road.

Fuck, that’s awful. Pretty much as soon as that dipshit made the announcement, HISD put out a call basically saying ‘yeah, this doesn’t change anything for us. The guidelines remain.’ Now, enforcement of those guidelines on the other hand...

That’s freakin’ nuts, but I do kinda get where you’re coming from. There were times in Lubbock where I’d be wearing just a t-shirt in high 40s- low 50s. As long as you were in the sun there wouldn’t be a problem

And I’m the exact opposite. Give me 95-100 all day. Below 60? The Carhartt is going over the hoodie

-40, and ‘ol Vlad is dressed the same way I was when I was sitting in my not-quite-freezing apartment two weeks ago. You cold weather folks are built differently

I remember the first time seeing the speed limits out past San Antonio saying 80 or 85, I thought my brain had glitched

After being traumatized by the ultra-strict dress code resulted in me having to shave twice a day at least three times a week, I haven’t put an actual razor to my face in years. I just use clippers now, which my skin thanks me for

The first time I ever drove anything, I was 5, driving the lawnmower at my family’s ranch. I remember just being excited about even driving, and as such, kept looking back and waving at my family. I then promptly drove right into a pole, the only thing in the field. My dad gave me grief for years after.

The first time I went out by myself, I locked the keys in my jeep

Hearing that old Electronic Arts intro really takes me back.

I mean, after playing a shit-ton of Warzone, I have found myself looking for snipers on rooftops

I know for a long time their big draw was being one of those places where you pay to go hunting

The republican leaders of Texas always addressing the important issues

I think you’re thinking of Patreon

So those were the ones that were doing that then. I had only seen a headline about it. That’s so awesome, since our leadership didn’t seem to want to do anything

And see, that’s what I love about Shiner. Yes they have the big facility, but they’re one of the few that aren’t owned by Anheuser InBev. I haven’t heard of those brands, but that’s probably more because I’ve been out of the drinking game since 2016 lol. I used to support the hell outta Karbach, before they got

I dunno, AC/DC puts on a fucking loud show

I must add, if touring through central Texas, a stop by the Shiner brewery is pretty much required

If you want to do repairs yourself, your best bet is getting an old tractor
