At least their cars look different. Ahem, VW, Audi, etc..

Because they are desperate for attention.
Counterpoint, Tesla really wants you to see it.
What is wrong with you that you would want this vehicle?
I don’t really want to see it either, so that works out.
I thought this was just a pre-production prototype? It’s not actually entered full-scale production yet.
I hate the controls, but it turns out my wife finds nothing annoying about the vehicle at all. She absolutely loves it. I wouldn’t want to daily it though as the controls drive me a little bonkers. Maybe that’s a me problem?
You just made the case for Congress to re-regulate airfares! I'd support it.
Lower cost of living and lower taxes, generally.
My mom retired to Las Vegas due to it’s lack of income tax and lack of cold weather (she’ll take 110F over 15F any day of the week). Doesn’t care for the beach life, so Florida didn’t have any added appeal.
From where in CA to where in NV?
Why would anyone voluntarily move from CA to Nevada anyway.
Stellantis says it sent six recall notices to the owner of the truck involved in the collision, but each went unanswered.
Tesla by a mile. They’re probably good but I cannot separate them from Space Trump. Once he goes away I will test drive one.
Jalopnik keeps calling these “deals”, but they are still new cars with monthly payments above 700/mo. Thats no deal. The best deal is driving a car you already own. Not a 46k Jeep with a 22 mile range.
That’s the other point not expressed, which is that gas is fairly low at the moment. When it goes back above $4/gal again, you’ll see more of a movement to EV.
Isn’t gas already $7 in California?
I want Ford to offer a Universal Air kit like GM offers Specialty Vehicle Engineering’s performance packages.
“police of California follow the eight-year-old law protecting people’s privacy.” yep - there needs to be justification for the request, and both sides of the data sharing have to agree on the justification based on the law, not the personal preferences of the officers involved.
also it’s not like the premium you pay for the hybrid option will completely depreciate away. Heck if fuel prices stay up you may even see a return on that investment when it comes time to sell
“We’re gonna MAKE you pay for all that gas you saved.”
