Now the only question I have is are there size limitations for the vehicles? I want to be able to remake my favorite home-designed vehicle from when I was a kid.

The nice EVs will just... trickle down to the poors. Just as papa Reagan would have wanted.

This also works for guitar parts and effects pedals, bike parts, a home-still kit...

New cars are expensive, wealthy people are the only ones that can afford them.

It’s goddamn insanity, is what it is. If I did not religiously check my mirrors, I would have been hit by 90mph+ fuckknobs more than once.

Everyone is assuming the parents let him have it and there is a good chance that’s the case, but kids also steal their parents cars all the time.

Probably had no time. In my current long road trips over the least 3 years, the average speed is now 80mph and 90mph is very, very common.

Cars are out of control. Just a few years ago, people who make my current income would be in the Lexus GX / BMW 5Series / etc. level of car according to the rule of thumb about payment vs. income.

Agreed, this is some bullshit. I got reckless driving for going 92 in a 65 in VA with a Camry (3 days medium security)

Who the fuck lets a 17 year old have a 425hp super saloon?

So the M3 slammed into the 750 while narrowly missing a Z4?

Backpack two-stroke leaf blowers are the worst. Not only are they fucking obnoxious to listen to, they are extremely dirty. How about just picking up a damn rake, broom or electric blower?

the knee-jerk reaction to this is: “WTF bro you suck!!”... but its actually the best of all worlds...  all of the other suggestions seem well-intentioned and ‘fair’ but would be a nightmare to implement. tracking mileage? individually measuring GVW?? are you fucking kidding me, that’s just going to be a mess.

We have water shortages. Time for no shower June.

I have an electric push mower. I’m 100% sold on all power tools in my house being battery powered. Screw farting around to get something running in the Spring, plug in and Go baby!

My neighbors don’t believe in mowing their epic crop of Dandelions

Nope: Charge a $100 registration fee to all vehicles and reduce the gas tax.

This. Shop charges have gotten insane and yet mechanics are still being underpaid.

Oddly enough, when you spend the time for regular preventative maintenance/repairs, “Urgent Maintenance/Repairs” pretty much cease to exist because you’re literally addressing potential issues before they become emergencies.

The Prologue is really a Trailblazer . . . . .
