its kinda crazy seeing how much cars have changed even in the last few years. we had a 1st gen ioniq which had a surprising amount of space in the back for it’s small size, and im currently in a chevy bolt which has allocated a surprising amount of space to the back seat as welll... car seat goes back there no

paid $13k after rebates for a 2020 bolt with 20k miles, a new battery and new tires. im in the SF bay area, and I cant find a better price anywhere.

700k inst cheap? *hella cries in californian*

just dinner?

we had a similar experience. the dealer didnt want to budge... but costco offered msrp and $1000 off on a recharge... we went with something else, but costco is always worth a glance when you start your car shopping.

id laugh and tell them “if that’s the case, you’ll never get the sale, good luck....” and move on..... but i might text them back with a price from another dealer to see if they can beat it...

I bought 2 cars from 2 different dealers in january...

also when looking for cars.... dont just walk into a dealer... they will waste your entire day...

yeah i think any which way you slice it, electric is the way to go.... i have a stupid 100 mile round trip commute with traffic right now.... and when i get off the freeway, couple miles from my house... the last thing i wanna do is pay another $70 to stop at a gas station for gas and waste another 5 min just standing

why not a GMC motorhome?

idk man, those P80's had really damn comfortable seats, probably the best ive ever owned... but much like all plastic of the 90's, the plastic in mine was definitely starting to fall apart.

if you ever wanna make these things really really fun, you can stick 275 wide tires under them.... (this is the 2000 S70 2.3L T5 manual with LSD, 2004 short block, 98 head, 98 ECU, C70 Subframe, Corvette C4 wheels, with homemade suspension, and power steering pump from a 2006 mini)

As much as i love these things, I can attest to the fragility of these things... we’ve gone thru 2 turbo motors on the race car (2000 S70 rewired and modified back to 98). we’re putting an N/A motor back in, which i will say is pretty much idiot proof.

the way the weather station measures temperature is in a shaded box... so their temp isnt necessarily representative of what you’re feeling when youre sitting on the backtop either... theyre all gonna have their own inaccuracies depending on where you measure.

honestly wasnt our first pick lol... but when we got the price, nobody else was able to come close... as a car, it’s fine, but as a toyota, its certainly been a disappointment.

after lease + buyout + tax on buyout, it comes to $32k all said and done. which for a $45k (before tax) vehicle, it wasnt too bad.

so the charger is being Challenged by electrical issues?

we bought one... we arent toyota people, but with the closeouts and toyota trying to dump them, it was absolutely the cheapest new EV we could get our hands on... and for that it was worth it.

I think one thing that needs to be factored in is the tax credits.... once you factor a tax credit, the depreciation is nearly moot.....

based on the vantage point and what im guessing to be a saddle pack, yes....
