You’re looking at it from the wrong angle. Refunds went down because take home pay went up(MARGINALLY. . .). If you look at the tax rates you’ll see that refunds are down because people were taxed less throughout the last half of ‘18 so there is less for the government to “refund”.

Now the sequel will be a younger, and sometimes fluid, chucky trying to kill the son of the kid in this movie. BUT!
