Context matters. Calling someone some generalized bad word (dick, ass, asshole, prick, etc) is one thing. Using a racial epithet against a PoC or a gendered slur against a woman - as these are typically marginalized/mistreated groups in the workplace- is another thing entirely, and deserves harsher consequences.
