I'm a huge fan of '70s porn precisely because of the plot, characterization and humor. Taboo I and II have excellent stories!

The X-Men belong in their own universe. While I can't imagine Marvel would attempt to tie the continuities together I just wouldn't want to risk it. The X-Men universe is just too convoluted as it is.
David L. Snyder, Blade Runner's art director, shared this image with me:
A director's cut for Lynch's Dune would be an amazing experience. A few fans have made admirable efforts towards extended cuts, but they fall short considering many deleted scenes are not available to the public and even those that are do not have the FX shots completed.
Good point. That could possibly be their intention.
I don't enjoy "thought experiments" that don't take into account the thinking aspect.
Ghost Riders generally ride what is available or demonstrative of their culture and era. Previous Riders have ridden horses.
People like Maleficent *because* she was evil. No one had the same feelings towards the Wicked Witch. Changing the latter is fine because no one had such expectations. The former clearly does and Disney will pay by distancing the original's core audiecnce.
Well, obviously, but this film is meant to be an adaptation of a previous adaptation. Why change it further than they already have?
The end of the film and the sequel make it clear that the Genie can travel through time. He could have very easily traveled ahead in time before he was trapped in the lamp.
Can you provide a source for that because I believe you're either mistaken or lying.
Rome and Greece have almost nothing similar. Completely different governments, religions and culture.
I'm friends with David L. Snyder, Blade Runner's art director, so I've forwarded this exchange to him to see what he says. Surely he would know what influenced him in his work.
This just makes me question what role, if any, the three good fairies will play in the story.
The trailer shows Maleficent casting her spell on Aurora at her baptism. The wording of the spell indicates that Maleficent intended for Aurora to fall into a coma.
Very true. This was a series about political/psychological geniuses constantly outmaneuvering each other. "Plans within plans."
You're probably right, although the Metabarons are in Incal as well.
Monsters U holds a 78% critic on RT with 82% audience. I would say that that is a fairly good indication that it's an enjoyable film, even if it's not an appropriate inclusion into the universe.
Wake me when they announce a sequel A Bug's Life.
I'm sorry that you don't appreciate being a mother, nor appreciate your children.
