There are trade offs with every art. I figure that when I'm 80 I probably wouldn't be able to kick someone in the head no matter what I trained, I will however be able to beat someone with a cane.

Nice kicks, I practice mainly Modern Arnis (not far from Vancouver) so kicking is a bit of a weak spot for me.
