haha, i’ll take the dunks for this one. in my rush to get off my comment i was probably too glib. my guess is that there’s something specific to the legal definitions at play that’s missing from what they did. but i could be totally fucking wrong, too. 

Yeah, i thought about that. i’m not a lawyer and am definitely not privy to any details but my guess would be that an element showing they knowingly intended to make false accusations is missing. that, or blatant corruption. 

(besides wohl’s sec violations) it seems like they are so incredibly incompetent that they can’t get their plans going enough to get to the illegal parts. when i look at these morons i’m amazed that they haven’t choked to death on an ice cube.
