They can’t possibly discuss stories with each other. Yesterday, for instance, one of the writers published a story about how much the rest of the media sucked for not calling Roseanne a racist in their headlines...after Splinter posted a headline only calling her tweets ‘repugnant’ (i think.)

I thought it was only censorship when the government does it? Or does that only come in the comments when companies ban people the commenters don’t like?

I’m not totally sold on how Franken was pushed out (I would’ve liked to see the ethics committee complete their investigation. And I say that as someone who thinks resigning was the right call for Franken) but her overall opportunism doesn’t strike me as being too different from what so many other politicians do.

I wish the Family Estate juice (whether Bourbon or Rye, though I’m partial to the Rye) was easier to track down but, damn, the few bottles I’ve had has been worth it.
