Yeah, they really shouldn't make videos that oversell tech. It to be becoming a very common practice though and it doesn't do anything but hurt them in the long run. You build up peoples' expectations too much and then when the real thing comes out, even if it is really cool, they will inevitably be disappointed if

Apparently math is also a lost cause for her seeing as she has several sentences about how hard it is to calculate a fucking tip. I think knowledge and good judgement are also lost causes on this one.

It's even easier than that. If you wanna pay 20% just move the damn decimal point over 1 place and double it. Pretty much anyone can MULTIPLY BY 2 in their damn head.

They aren't virtual props. They are physical guns. I thought the same thing too because I wasn't paying attention first time I watched it, but the guns are sitting on the desk in the background when the user is using youtube and gmail. When he launches the game, it just adds graphics under and around the guns showing

MS's Hololens is reportedly being released before the end of the year. Magic Leap supposedly not for 2 or 3 years.

They haven't been there all along though. When I was a teenager over 30 years ago and was doing nerdy / geeky stuff, there were very, very few women / girls into any of those things. But yeah, there have been plenty of ladies for the past...oh...15 plus years I guess? It's all pretty mainstream now. Which should make

You are confusing device performance (loading times, etc) with battery life. Yes, adding software / programs, etc. can slow down your electronic devices and some applications can even make battery life shorter by being energy pigs. For example a high end game with 3d graphics will suck up juice a lot faster than

When you buy a Tesla you are also paying for a loss in convenience.

There is nothing at all unique about the way her husband was dressed or did his hair. There are millions of guys dressed like that all over the world for business or any occasion where they want to look nice. It's not all about you Natalia. Yes, you and your husband are unique snowflakes. Talk about delusional.

I love these posts...but the whiners are starting to get on my nerves. They seem to be multiplying.

I like American dates...but that's just because I'm American and I'm used to them. But we should totally get on board with metric. They were telling me that was going to happen when I was in elementary school in the 1970s....still waiting.

You can but Bob Barker might kick your ass. Ask Adam Sandler.

I don't actually have a Steam account so I don't have a personal opinion about their customer service. But 717 complaints with the BBB when you have over 75 million active accounts (up 10 million just since last October!) that doesn't exactly sound like a huge problem.

Shit. It's Samaritan.

You aren't fooling us. We know you are just looking for support in your Boxster Spyder plans. Well good news! You've come to the right place. BUY IT! (Who wants to be practical anyway?)

HAHAHAHA. I thought you were screwing with me...but that really is what google suggests. WTF? How do you accidentally build a shelf? Thanks for the laugh.

Yeah I don't dispute that if your main use it listening to music, then a vintage stereo receiver / amp is a great choice. I just don't imagine that there are too many people around that listening to music is their primary use anymore. Even if someone listens to a lot of music, they probably watch TV and movies as well

Well, $800 in 1979 would equal $2,575 in 2015 dollars and you said to get audio quality equal to the CR 2020 would cost you $2k to $3k today. And undoubtedly the receiver costing that much would have a boatload of features that didn't even exist in 1979.

So how much was a Yamaha CR 2020 in 1979? Just curious.

I did not say that VR porn would be more addictive than another kind of VR. I said VR porn would be more addictive than normal porn and VR games would be more addictive than normal games. Because they are more immersive and involving and able to make you feel like you are really there.
